New Policy for Trike and Recumbent Bike Repairs

Starting August 4, 2025, we will no longer be checking in trikes or recumbent bikes for service in advance of the actual repair day. While we will continue to offer repair services for these bikes, we are making changes to how we schedule and store them:

• If you need service for a trike or recumbent bike, we will write up a work order and schedule a one-day appointment that works for both you and our service department.

• You will need to bring the bike in on the scheduled day at opening time, and it must be picked up before closing that same day.

• We will no longer store trikes or recumbent bikes in our shop while waiting for parts or service.

This change allows us to better manage our space and continue providing quality service in a timely manner.
